when people say "trans rights are human rights", its not justan empty slogan. removing rights and spaces to trans kids is exactly as dire and evil as destroying a child park to make a parking lot. despite the best effort of some people, adding trans doesnt make them less of a kid.

I'm so fucking broken and I'll do literally anything to make sure there are less trans people who are like me. Everything I do is filled with the agony and anxiety at thinking if I'm helping or hurting. But a lot of times I'm laughing because I can't do anything at all. And it's driving me crazy.

This is an excruciatingly long winded way to blame Democrats - who have been standing against anti-trans laws in the Senate as a wall for the past year - for what Republicans are doing. The law in Colorado was passed by Democrats. The dissent was written by a Democrat. Do better.

The context of the original post there was a specific law signed by a specific Democrat, Joe Biden. www.huffpost.com/entry/biden-... That was the last time Democrats were in Federal power, & he was the most powerful Democrat in the country at the time. And you've never even heard of it, pretty sure

The context is that today, a new anti-trans ruling has occured. That today is 16 months after Republicans used paying for trans prescriptions for children as a pawn against all military service members and vets losing their pay and medical care. Things have happened since. Update your agenda.

Also, effing mention the people actually doing this. It's not 'cis people' it's bigots. It's not 'Democrats' it's Republicans. (Or Conservatives/PP in Canada, Labor/Reform in the UK, etc). Be aware of the context of your posts. Reality marches on. And abusers win if they can hide.

The context of the first image, at the time it was made, was as I remember Disney censoring a trans storyline from a kids' show about baseball. The second image, at the time it was made, had as context Joe Biden signing a bill to ban the children of US servicemembers from receiving trans health care

The reason Joe Biden did this was it was a compromise, whereby the Republicans allowed him to fund military aid to Ukraine and Israel. The reason the Republicans did this, I believe—ban depictions of trans people in children's entertainment, pass these laws—is they want trans kids to commit suicide.
