The US decided to ignore the 2nd Geneva Conven. of 1949 & the 1982 UN Conven. on the Law of the Sea MANDATING the rescue of survivors of ships sunk in conflict. We killed the Venezuelan fishermen who survived our attack & watched before abandoning 32 survivors of the Iranian ship we torpedoed. SAD
