I had to look up Ivan Raiklin---apparently he's normally described as "an extremist."

Is he Russian?

I couldn't find information on where he was born. The name would certainly indicate some sort of Russian allegiance, but he's apparently a US citizen, having served in our military. He's an operative for Michael Flynn, who is notoriously chummy with Putin.
