Fun project! Simplest version: the gaming PC just plays, and its video goes to the 2nd PC through a capture card, or over NDI or OBS Teleport on wired ethernet if you don't have one. Sending game audio along the same path keeps sync easy.

Yup! I am currently using OBS teleport to send the feed from my Gaming PC to my Streaming PC. Audio is done through Voicemeeter VBAN since I still want to split my audio as opposed to sending it all under one feed. I'm also using Moonlight-Apollo to monitor the Streaming PC.

Nice, that's a clean setup. Splitting audio over VBAN gives you way more control. If you ever notice lip sync drift between the Teleport video and the VBAN audio, a small Sync Offset on the audio source in OBS's Advanced Audio Properties fixes it fast.

50ms is right around where people start to notice, so it's worth fixing. If the camera lags the mic, set about +50 ms Sync Offset on the mic in Advanced Audio Properties, then redo the clap test and nudge it in 10 ms steps until the clap lines up.
