Updated almostnode.dev just enough to support running .ts files, implemented a custom assets server on top of enhanced-resolve and the typescript compiler. Almostnode, Monaco, and the assets server run in a Worker, request interception for the node http servers via a Service Worker.

The Monaco integration rolls up into a single mixin that accepts a model for the active file. Quite nice.
