When is Apple going to give the user control of "first party data"? i.e.; I never use Health app. Why can't I stop it from looking at my contacts/calendar/photos/etc. All third-party apps have these controls. Why doesn't Apple's?

I'm just sticking with iOS 26, they also removed the all in one AI off switch in 27. I've seen that you can still get regular Siri back on 27, but I don't trust that it'll last.
