It won't though, that's the thing. It'll give him and his buddies even more control over the wider internet and line their pockets. They already have protections against identity theft, (and that's assuming they'd be expected to follow the law anyway) you and I don't.

I grew up in a time without Internet. I can tell you, free speech does not require the Internet.
