Trust in science isn’t just an individual responsibility. It is shaped by the research ecosystem: The institutions and cultures researchers work in. What’s inside this resource: • Slide decks with detailed speaker notes • Explainer videos • A practical guide for running your own sessions

The resource is meant for anyone who wants to run discussion sessions on research integrity and responsible research in their own setting: Research integrity officers, trainers, supervisors, institutional leaders and researchers.

Individual researchers can also use it to learn more about the systemic issues behind research integrity. The materials are designed to be adapted to specific needs and contexts.

The focus is on everyday research life. Which daily practices support responsible research, and which undermine it? What can institutions, leaders, supervisors and researchers do to create an environment where excellent research can thrive?

The first topic is “Research integrity: What is it and why should we care?” More slide decks and videos will be released in the coming weeks: www.embo.org/about-embo/r... Feedback and comments are welcome at policy@embo.org. #ResearchIntegrity #ResearchCulture #ResearchSystem
