I talked to a copywriter at a party once who was finding opportunities drying up because of AI. They said of AI produced books - "If nobody could be bothered writing it I don't know why I should be bothered reading it." That sums it up for me.

Yeah I’ve heard a few folks saying this, and yes - why anyone wants to watch a ‘film’ made by it, or read or look at a picture - I don’t get it.
