All the protests have convinced both ICE and CBP goons they're horrible people (or maybe just ICE goons). Which of course they are. But the ICE goons are blaming the CBP goons for ruining their reputation. We'll be lucky if there's not shooting BETWEEN them before this is done.

But the entire point is that almost all of these goons only sign up if they ARE horrible people trying to compensate by being horribler people. The low morale? They're seeing viral coverage of what horrible people they are. Also of how bad their butt cracks and beer bellies look on video.
