There is no potential path for the Westminster bill to correct its glaring issues and enormous loopholes by the end of this year, that will not happen. It is time for the SNP Government to stop dragging their heels and bring their draft bill to the table. No more delays.

We all know Swinney will just ignore this though. Like - I'm not saying it's not worth doing, or that it's not a great win. The motion is great! I'm just so jaded with John that he'll just ignore it and nothing will happen.
