GenZ is def flexing. Their protests toppled governments in Nepal, Madagascar, Bangladesh, Peru, and Sri Lanka. Now Gen Z is actively protesting Morocco, Peru, Kenya, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, India, and France, driven by anger bc economic inequity, corruption, lack of services.

Explain to Gen-Z why 700 year old double-entry accounting was not mandatory in high schools. Explain why economists with PhDs haven't figured out Planned Obsolescence in automobiles since 1980 a decade after Apollo 11. Explain why the depreciation of cars has not been subtracted to compute NDP.

thanks for the gift article and your intrepid work. when my youngest grandchild (almost 3 yrs old) asks later on "pop-pop, who was paying attention when these terrible men and women looted the government?" i will say a guy named eric lipton did. and i paid attention to him to help democracy survive.
