Launch day 🚀 We’ve just released @chartlecc.bsky.social - a daily chart game! Your job is to guess which country is represented by the red line in today's chart. You get 5 tries, no other clues! Play today, come back tomorrow for a different chart with new data and share with your chart friends 📈

You can also check your stats and start building a streak! It might look a little empty for now since we’re only 4 days in, but I’m excited to see how it will grow over the next weeks! You can log in with Google to ensure your scores are saved and play across multiple devices using the same account

Once you have played (win or lose), you can share your results with friends or post it on social media. A personalised chart will show your guess history without revealing the countries, so it won’t give your friends any hints!

For now, we’re using the hundreds of datasets compiled by @ourworldindata.org They source data from the World Bank, FAO, UN, WHO, and more, all consistently formatted, which makes it easy for us to connect to their API and use the data with just a few filters.
