This is exactly Democratic party failure in a nutshell. In an environment of complete Executive decree as law in practice (no matter how unconstitutional) the Dem Mayor can't even sack up enough to order city police to stand down. Pathetic

Tell the police chief that if they lay a hand on em, you will go to the City Council to gut their cush benefits with the full force of a single-minded and furious population backing you. Pure cowardice
