Their job is to generate profit, not create art. Their job is to sell you the next product, not to create beautiful futures. There is a reason CEOs don't go away and get less publically facing board positions when they are found to be nefarious. The system creates, thrives on, and breeds corruption.

Shareholders and CEOs are a blight upon everything tbh.

As a longtime BioWare fan I knew this was coming but it’s heartbreaking nonetheless. Fuck EA.

Literally just parasites borne from the fetid system that makes squalid shit out of the potential of it's own people. Feeding just one dipshit executive to their own studio would keep the dev team afloat for years but no, burn the body to save the worms.

As a previous victim of an EA studio closing, I'm more surprised it didn't happen earlier. But hey, it's thanks to them I got into the industry. :P

I lowkey knew this was coming, but its disappointing regardless. Earlier this year I played ME trilogy, and was looking forward the next one.. share holders are a parasite in the industry..
