I wanted to track how fast Google indexes newly launched product pages on firsto.co , so I added a simple Google Index Tracking dashboard in the admin panel. After 3 days of data: ✅ 24 pages tracked ✅ 23 indexed ✅ 96% success rate ⚡ Median index time: 50 min ⏱ Average: 7h 18m

That gap between median (50 min) and average (7h18m) tells you one or two outliers are dragging the mean up. Worth checking if the slow pages share a template, sit deeper in internal links, or got a late sitemap ping versus the fast ones.
