No monsters in Lonely Ship for a long while. Just fun aliens in a variety in shapes. Some are icky, but they're all people. Eventually, we do have a shapeshifting insectile hunter that stalks the ship and hides in the vents. But she's nice when you get to know her too 🤣 #TimeTravelAuthors

Yeah, everyone's used to weird creatures by the time the Rune Carrier takes off. Even when they find a pre-space flight civilisation, they've met aliens before and aren't weirded out at the sight of them!
