I love Horse but I also love Bird... Which side am I on???

Any rock can be a banishing rock if you throw it hard enough. I have a nice quartz point a bit bigger than my fist that's perfect for the purpose. Hefty, pointy, but not too heavy for me to throw.

Ok...I simply must know the lore behind why this horse and bird are feuding. Please tell me there's more.
