Amiibo ver. 2. They now have screens to play mini games on, similar to the Dreamcast's VMU. Also has streetpass functionality.

I need StreetPass back. It was SO much fun getting back from doing anything and seeing if I had any interesting StreetPasses from the day. Best passive tech ever invented, and criminally under-utilized.

I want this to come back so bad. I spent my lunch breaks clearing my queue and playing the mini games. I liked getting the tiles for an image from random strangers. It was also great to see what other people were playing.
