It's always awkward when "antifa" comes up, because it means "anti-fascist", and the vast majority of Americans HATE Nazis, confederates, Klansmen, and all of the other assorted white supremacist racist/fascist jackasses. That won't change by forbidding Americans from hating Nazis.

In the Netherlands, right-wing to far-right parties in government last year submitted a motion to ban Antifa as a terrorist organization. This motion was passed, but it was unenforceable because it isn't an organization. This has been challenged in court.
