I had written @north @ဪ.com but the older library actually managed to grab it and turn it into a working ?mention, but it isn't able to display it correctly like https://ဪ.com it would break in various places

Really excited to see progress on this effort after many many years of stalled discussion. Thanks to @Edent, @hongminhee, @lnkr, @north and @evan as well for their recent work on this matter, I can now see a fediverse in sight that supports the world's languages fully!

@dusoft @liaizon The HTML for the link is provided by the sender. Mastodon failed to do that for many Unicode domains.
