ReScript doesn’t have a Discord or any real-time chat. We keep all discussions on our forum: forum.rescript-lang.org How do you feel about that? Do you prefer thoughtful async discussions or do you miss live chat spaces like Discord?

I tend to like a Discord server, especially if it’s lively! That said I am really impressed with how quickly all of my questions on the forum get answered

Great to hear! The problem with Discord is the community needs to be big enough to be lively. But too lively is also bad, because your question can be drowned in the flood of messages. Yes you can always create more channels, but I find it much more efficient if people just use the forum search.
