Spotlight: GOLEM PIT 224 by Julia Gootzeit -- now just $10 crowdfundr.com/support_solrad

A camping trip that turns into something much stranger. Thea and Kelsey head out to explore an unusual landform -- the Exclusion Zone Golem Pit 224 -- expecting a fun couple's getaway. Instead, as their relationship teeters on the brink, the landscape around them starts shifting in unexpected ways.

GOLEM PIT 224 is Julia Gootzeit's debut graphic novel, born after our team fell for her many striking minicomics and jumped at the chance to help her flesh out these characters. It made the shortlist for the 2025 Cartoonist Studio Prize.
