meetup[.]com must be one of the worst products I've used in a long while. This is the "invoice" we received after extending our subscription. - discount is all wrong (3000 USD off?!) - conversion to CHF is wrong (Sure this might be a taxamo issue, but still. 🙄)

Meetup is pretty broken and I hate it, no doubt about that. Still, it’s one of the largest platforms for meetups and I found a lot of cool people and communities with it. I think even with all the bugs, a community will still benefit from the members and you maybe should not switch entirely from it.

We won't drop it immediately. A survey in our group showed, that most of attendees discovered the group through meetup[.].com. But we would like to experiment with other software as well. :)
