well i already go to a Gender Doctor Place for my hrt, and i asked them about top surgery and they had a list of surgeons they recommended and what insurances they accept. I picked one that used my insurance and called to schedule a consultation. After the consultation they give you more-

- instructions on what kind of letters you need based on the laws of where you live + how you're paying, and after that's all taken care of they schedule you for an actual surgery date. Even though I got a jumping off point by having someone with a list, you can do the same amount of research-

- yourself by just googling top surgeons in your area or seeing what surgeons people recommend for your area on reddit and stuff. If you're doing insurance then hospital/clinic's websites usually have a list of accepted insurances somewhere on them
