Narrow minds that won't acknowledge the inevitable and most likely effects of including each human being on the planet equally in a globally standard process of fixed cost money creation

For this absurd "theory" of incompetence to even hold water, you'd have to show that the so-called "winners" are (or were) doing the opposite, which is, of course, complete nonsense... in most cases the presumably "competent" opposition were (and are) far WORSE on these measures...
