Tldr my lifelong home has suffered unrepairable damage during the past few years of horrible weather and I need to leave. I inherited the property and wanted to sell it, but the real estate agent who was supposedly helping me hasn't done shit and I need to raise money to fix the paperwork myself.

I have an exit plan, thankfully I was offered a place to live in, but I still need money to hang on while I find a job and all of this is fixed. And move. Or something.
