Well that was disgusting and now I'm mad I wasted the last of my gin 😭 I love a gin based cocktail, but never had a true classic martini because I really hate olives. I have a jar of preserved lemons and thought it would be brilliant to use THAT instead of olive brine to make a martini. It wasn't.
