Pls let’s not cannibalize this guy and once again with our impossible standards, watch our country burn down to the ground while we argue if this guy is absolutely, unequivocally perfect. I’ve seen this play before and it doesn’t end well for us. It’s a big umbrella! Compromise.

What are you talking about? I have never seen Democrats say that any of their politicians are perfect, or worship them in any way, which is what you’re implying. We are excited that someone as progressive as Talarico is doing so well. Why aren’t you?

You don’t remember Hillary Clinton? Joe Biden? Kamala Harris? I definitely 💯 admire Talarico but our expectations can undermine our success at times. Democrats don’t walk in lockstep and have a diverse party which is good but infighting and division has not served us well. That’s all.
