Is there a way to configure the test events, like setting the contents of a chat message or the name of the reward redemption?

In the devkit: yes, you can customize each field by pressing the S next to the event button In the scene editor: no, the events are randomly generated. But for reward redemptions we automatically choose an id that triggers the widget.
