I've seen it before, people put real photos of themselves into GenAI to "add" a fursuit, cosplay or similar, as if they were wearing it.

It was likely something like this. Like animating a creature into a live action movie, but using the machine that steals instead of using any actual skill.

I was about to ask how can AI even make a fursuit at all, until I figured that AI freaks can just go and fake a fursuit picture.

Was it an GenLLM overlay, GenLLM insert or a physical suit made with GemLLM assistance. Honestly, WHY would anyone do any of these things when conventional computer tools can do all of them?! Are they that desperate to use GenLLM to make photos?

Whether the photo was an actual photo or not, the fursuit in the photo was completely generated and does not exist in the real world.

Photo overlay OK. GenLLM is absolutely unneccessary for that too. There are fursuit avatar programs to create models of fursuit characters. Why would you need GenLLM?
