Found this on X and confirmed it was real on Reddit. The responses on Reddit are so out of proportion.

'i did asked what happens if i badly needed to go and the women's were the closest' Same as for anybody and everybody else - hold it in until you get to the appropriate facility. Even better, make the decision to go earlier. FFS.

The childishness is incredible. How as an adult can you not know how to organise yourself in the office so you’re never bursting to pee within the next few seconds? It really would be better for everyone if this person works entirely from home, I imagine some colleagues might be - ahem - relieved.

FYI adults who work in an office need to organise themselves. I’m a woman who’s worked in an office through pregnancy, breastfeeding, periods, perimenopause (including sudden floods of blood) and menopause. At no time did I ever invade the men’s toilets 🙄

The OP moaned that they would have to - illegally - use the women’s toilets if they’d stupidly left it late and were bursting to pee. Women do indeed see it as an invasion if a bloke who’s desperate for a piss runs into our toilets. It’s OUR space for our dignity and privacy.

A trans woman. Not a "bloke". The two are vastly different. It's a toilet. For peeing and pooing. Not some sacred space. But I'm asking everyone. How many times a day did a trans woman enter the bathroom with you. Before this law? 5 times a day? 1? Sounds like it was constant in the UK.

You somehow seem to have overlooked the list I spelled out of what women need toilets for. ‘Peeing and pooing’ is just the start of it. There’s blood, so much blood, and all the pain, discomfort and mess that goes with it. There’s blood when we’re expecting it, and distressingly, when we’re not. 1/2

Periods that start early. Periods with huge clots. Perimenopause flooding. Blood getting on pants, clothes, hands. Frightening blood spotting during pregnancy. Frightening bleeding after menopause. And even miscarriage. These things happen in women’s toilets. Men - all men - must stay the hell out.

Oh yes, my list is far from exhaustive. I just decided to focus on the blood because that tends to give men a bit of a jolt. Have you ever read about the work of Professor Clara Greed who was an expert on the reasons for sex-segregated facilities?

There we have it. The callous misogyny, plain to see. It hadn’t even occurred to you that women have biological needs different to men, and now you know, you don’t care. You’re the snivelling, pathetic epitome of a pointless waste of space.
