Every1 got a SCOTUS idea, this mine: expansion + randomization Add 18 more justices, 2 are chiefs All 3 chiefs plus 4 random choose entire docket prior to season Eliminate shadow dock and one court is open to hearing them as they come up (1chief+ 8rando) Other 2 courts are 1C+8rando each sesh

Bad math, the selection session is the standard court, so 3 chiefs and SIX random justices Then the six will randomly be assigned one of the three courts The main idea is to eliminate the rote (and rot)
