Personally I think trans+ is a better term for non-binary inclusion It’s simpler, has an obvious meaning, and doesn’t scream “TERF” to anyone from the UK

It is worth knowing that the TERs in the UK tend to use the term "Trans Identified" in combination with sex to be fucking awful to trans people and misgender them. It's very much a thing local to them, because unfortunately here in the US they just hurl slurs without a care.

It was an attempt to be as inclusive as possible, essentially saying there aren't any guard rails or gatekeeping involved in the process. It's being organized by a trans woman. A bunch of the social media volunteers are trans people. The organization has trans people in leadership roles...

form is under hotfix which doesn't do charity events, I think theirs some red tape they have that makes it harder for them to orgianize short planned charity events. But yeah we here for it, tons of trans runners who deserve showcasing!
