People who picked up a PS5 early on: is your Dual Sense controller battery degrading? Mine only stays on the full three bars of charge for about 15 mins, and it's drained after a couple of hours.

No charge issues. I had to get another controller due to stick drift but other than that, no problems.

I have a launch PS5 and both the Dualsense controllers I got with it barely last 20 mins after being charged. Had to get a new controller last year

I still have the controllers so that could be something I look into. I think its easy enough to do with the correct type of battery and screwdriver

It looks like replacement batteries and screwdriver kits are pretty cheap actually. Imma give it a go! It's fun taking apart electronics and seeing what's in there, and concentrating really hard on not messing it up. Had to replace both the sticks in my ROG Ally, was fun.

Using the same controller I got at the launch of the PS5 and I’ve not had any issues. Battery lasts several hours and not had any problems with stick drift etc. Could be that I’ve just been fortunate though.

i've had to replace the battery on two of my dualsense controllers. they're definitely prone to degrading faster than i was anticipating
