1. December has overall been fairly slow, both in terms of traffic and sales. Part of it is I've been promoting it less (due to the holiday, and trying to improve the product more). 2. Product development wise, I have a clear roadmap of where I'd like to see this to go.

3. Marketing -- Boy oh boy. I've really let the ball drop on this one. I promised myself last month I'd work on marketing more, but honestly I fell into the trap of building more than marketing. New Year's resolution should be to focus on marketing at least 50%.

4. The holidays, family, New Year etc. Every year, the December holiday weeks (2 weeks) really digs into my usual work schedule. As well, a whole bunch of administrative stuff (eg. taxes) creeps in which breaks the cadence I had back in September.
