something like the Amish, but inverted, a break-away community that's technologically and culturally progressive

in place of male grand elders deciding matters, the people in the community craft a training regime with a moral constitution, moral problems and desired outcomes, and a shared vision of the good life which they use to either train or finetune an open-weights model which then governs them.
