If you seriously think YouTube has been doing their due diligence especially against transparently fraudulent copyright claims then I have no idea what to say to you anymore than I would know what to say to a flat-earther.

I mean, they aren't exactly *wrong* about the recourse being there and bothersome, but it's kinda like describing molten metal as "kinda warm" - Bothersome is a pretty mild word for, "Designed specifically to do the bare minimum and let them get away with doing basically nothing"

They have nearly a million hours of videos uploaded each day you can't police that with due diligence broad strokes is the only way to go then offer recourse for the chanels you sanctioned unjustly.
