Courier Wages would benefit if you called it the more common "Payroll". Just like Service Partners, it's usually not an in-house capability, but outsourced.

Option 4: Are we really planning trips or the more resource-constrained courier's workday on which trips happen? Most planning-of-humans domains focus on the resource, not on what is being planned (I may be reading into this - I have no idea what is meant by Trip Planning, so grain of salt).
