This flight made yet another stop, to the Republic of Georgia, that I hope was just for fuel but was probably also a deportation. Meaning people would’ve been shackled for 50+ hours. Longest one I’ve recorded this year. (The longest I’ve ever recorded is 82 hours, in December.)

God almighty, Uzbekistan wasn’t the last stop. This ICE flight continued on to Pakistan via this circuitous route. Migrant passengers onboard will have been shackled for at least 43 hours.

So to review: This ICE flight left El Paso, stopped in Baltimore for fuel, did two (illegal) chain refoulements of Ukrainians to Poland and Russians to Moldova, then deported people to Armenia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Georgia. They were shackled the whole time. No stretching, no walking around.

The clot risk alone is mind-boggling, without even considering the nerve damage, muscle aches, chafing, bruising, unhygienic toileting, mental injury, and the possibility of further abuse from onboard GEO Group guards. And because they’re now deported, we have almost no way of knowing about it.

AmeriKKKa will pay in more hatred, and extremism again Americans abroad. I feel like we’re about to be living through the 70’s again, where there was Airliner bombings, 🇺🇸’s taken hostage simply for being American. All of this because 77m racists couldn’t get over a half-Black man as 2-term POTUS.

Think about it. Say one of the people deported to Uzbekistan got a DVT from being forced to sit still on these flights. Say in couple days it moves to her lungs and kills her immediately. ICE clearly killed her, but how would we know? No free press in Uzbekistan, there’ll probably be no autopsy.

She may have been gone from Uzbekistan for decades and have no contacts there. She may have died alone in a motel room. How will word about her cause of death get back to her family in the US? And even if it does, will the family tell media? Will media care?
