Enough appeals courts should be able to override the partisan nutjobs in robes. No one is above the law.

Yeah, but those two federal courts' justices don't get the same perks as SCOTUS Republican justices. You have to hand it to rich Republicans. They know how and where to best "invest" in judges. They certainly get their money's worth.
