For the second time, a Journey Aviation ICE flight has stopped in Gitmo on its way to removal stops in Africa. On Sept. 24, a Journey plane deported Somali nationals held at Gitmo via Kenya.

This plane landed in Dakar, Senegal — typically a fuel and crew change stop for ICE flights — and is airborne again. *If* they picked up Somalis from Gitmo, like they did two weeks ago, then the next stop will be Nairobi, Kenya, in about six hours.

This ICE flight has landed in Nairobi. Now watching for local charter flight to Mogadishu like there was two weeks ago. Migrant passengers onboard since Alexandria, LA, have been shackled for at least 22 hours. From Gitmo, for at least 17 hours.

🇺🇸 State Dept: "Do not travel to Somalia due to risk of crime, kidnapping, terrorism, unrest, health, landmines, systematic mistreatment of women, gay & lesbian individuals, piracy, abuse of residents in rehabilitation centers & confiscation of passports by family members."
