I gave Yasmany Moreno a heads-up that up to 100 third-country nationals would be joining him in Central African Republic, and that I’d heard a lot of them might be Cubans and Venezuelans. This morning, he says 90 Cuban men and 5 Cuban women have arrived. Here he is welcoming some of them.

The plane that expelled these people flew within 200 miles of Equatorial Guinea at about 10pm Arizona time last night. At that point, there were only crew, ICE agents and GEO Group guards onboard, nothing stopping them from going to EG to get Ahmed Soliman. ICE continues to defy court order.

By my count, that is the twelfth time an ICE-chartered aircraft has flown past EG since Judge Hinderaker ordered the government to facilitate his return. Yes, the judge is aware.

New video from Yasmany Moreno. This man says the trip lasted 28 hours, shackled the whole time, AND that they were shackled 6/7 hours before the plane even left. (I have heard similar many times.) FWIW, he also gives v different number for the new TCNs: 40 Cubans, inc. 7 women, & two Venezuelans.
