GMRS Repeaters should all be standardized and open, or don't even bother. I'm not requesting access to your GMRS repeater when I'm going to be in the area for all of 2 hours. Clubs like St. Louis GMRS who gatekeep their repeaters should just take them off air and go the fuck away.

To add to this, I will never join your Facebook group to get access to a repeater. I will never join your mygmrs or other random fuck-ass website to get access to your repeater. As soon as I see that, I close the tab and move on to something else. Closed access repeaters should be banned under GMRS.
