Trying out Codex for a Python->Rust rewrite of a service that interacts with Google APIs and a Postgres database. It keeps pushing difficult work to TODO comments. I think it struggles to port Python context managers to equivalent Rust code. Otherwise, I think it's saving me time.

Should probably have had it implement snapshot tests of the Python code prior to porting, so it could compare the service responses in its own feedback loop.
