The most dangerous place for someone with GAD isn't a dark alley. It's a buffet line. Or a movie theater. Or a Trader Joe's on a Saturday. Twitchy (my anxiety) treated all like active crime scenes. If your fight or flight response has ever activated at the sight of a checkout counter, hi, same. 🙋
