There's a website called checkpoint gaming? Is that bit infringement? Or just regular infringement?

Seems like a generic gaming news site. They're not doing anything like the Checkpoint series. "Checkpoint" has been a general gaming term for decades, so infringement would be very difficult to establish. Trademark would be much easier to establish if they were using the logo (they aren't).
