Portland Food Cart Alert: I just spotted a soon-to-be-opened Eggslut location at the Mississippi Avenue Marketplace food cart pod. This used to be the Fried Egg I'm in Love cart, which graduated to a brick-and-mortar location on Fremont and Mississippi a couple of years ago.

Also previously Better Half, then Birdie's Breakfast Club. Kind of sad that it's a chain location now, but at least it's open with a breakfast place again

That little cart seems cursed. Nothing seems to last in it. It's nice to now have FOUR egg specialists on our strip. Sweedeedee → Eggslut → Gravy → Fried Egg I'm In Love. 🤯

Does Brøder count as an egg specialist? FIVE?!

We are so blessed. I'll have to make it a habit to go out for breakfast 2-3 times a month.
