waiting to get into the brooklyn democratic party county committee organizational meeting. over half an hour just waiting to get in!

Almost four hours after they started letting people into the building, they started the meeting, then almost immediately adjourned for 20 minutes because they're still collecting proxies in the lobby.

Still nothing happening. As I understand it, this is the situation and these are the questions... Presumably, this could be the meeting where Bichotte-Hermelyn tries to implement the power grab rules she passed a couple weeks ago. A judge put a STAY on those rules, but that stay was lifted...

Doubtful the court would actually rule on the case today. But conceivably that court could reestablish that stay on Bichotte Hermelyn's rules? Which could affect what happens in this meeting?

Meanwhile, the party has only rented this venue until 5:30 pm. We've been here 4 1/2 hours and gotten nowhere. Three hours to go!
