Haha yeah, that's fair. Still feels safer/ more logical to me to have app passwords for each seperate app versus just using SSO and lose the ability to remove app access on my terms in my bsky profile. But yeah, that's just me, most users might prefer just to use SSO...

Just that there’s the initial friction of having to leave the context of the app, go back to bsky dig around in the settings create a password go back to the other app Nothing more

Hmm yeah... I suppose that in theory, you could load everything without the app password and push the generated message to a bsky.social new post page/app where the user is logged in and the post is auto populated.

But I guess that would severely limit what the app could ingest as it couldn't use the users own API for that, but only 1 central API for everything... 🤔 How did you solve that?
